Mangoes have always been my favorite summer fruit choices. I’ve been known to buy them by the case and eat them right out of their skins. If I have guests coming over, or want to get a bit fancy just for myself … my go to recipe is Custard Mango Pie … but instead of making a whole pie, I prefer these bite sized tarts instead. These are perfect to take on a picnic, or bring to a block party.
Pies has always been part of special occasions in our house. We used to buy pies directly from bakeshops but there is one tiny problem, you don’t know how it was made, plus they are pretty well guaranteed to have too much sugar in them.
If you think that making a pie is beyond you … this No-bake, sugar-free, Low-carb and gluten-free pie is a good place to start. It is super easy to make and it is healthy! Perfect for holidays, block parties, buffets or birthdays.

If you are trying to come as close as you can to the taste of sugar your best solution is to make your own sweetener blend. All the sweetener blends use a combination of Erythritol, and/or Xylitol and Stevia.
