Pineapple Corer Slicer

by Melanie

A good pineapple corer and slicer will enable you to create perfectly round cored slices fast and easy!

Do you really need a Pineapple Corer Slicer?

NO!

If you only get pineapples a few times a year because you live “up north” and the cost of fresh pineapples are prohibitive, don’t get this gadget. If you are handy with a knife, you can peel, and cut your own pineapple chunks in five to ten minutes.

The challenge starts when you have an easy, cheap source of pineapples and want to have beautiful round and cored slices. This is a small, easy to store gadget that will last you for years!

Clever Kitchenware Ezy Pineapple Corer Slicer Cutter with Stainless Steel Cutting Blade

  • EASY TO CLEAN & DISHWASHER SAFE: Cleaning is a breeze, just wash it under a running tap or pop it in the dishwasher which means less work for you!
  • SIMPLE DESIGN: Features a no mess, no fuss method of creating beautiful, juicy pineapple rings for use at your next themed party, dinner or special event...or just use it everyday!
  • HIGH QUALITY STAINLESS STEEL: 18/10 Corrosion resistant stainless steel which lasts so you can use it regularly on your favorite pineapple dishes or desserts

Yes, there are cheaper models available, but the BIGGEST difference is that this model is made from stainless steel.  It is sturdier and has a sharper cutting surface which means your pineapple slices will be neat and cleanly cut, not mushed up by dull plastic.

This is absolutely the easiest and safest way to peel, core and slice pineapples.

Here’s one of my favorite recipes for fresh pineapple.  This Pineapple Cucumber Salad is an absolute taste sensation with cucumbers, cilantro and lime juice.

Pineapple Cucumber Salad

Word of warning though.  It is on the high side for carbs, BUT would be perfect for your Slow Carb Cheat Day!
