Coconut Aminos is an amazing deep and rich tasting sauce. You can use it to replace Tamari sauce or soy sauce and make easy and delicious dipping sauces.

Ginger Dipping Sauce
A strong ginger flavor is perfect accent for battered and deep fried shrimp, chicken nuggets and roast pork.
Ginger Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup red onion (chopped)
- 3 tbsp ginger thinly sliced (thumb sized piece)
- 1/2 cup Coconut Aminos
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sweetener blend (or 4 - 6 liquid concentrate Setvia)
Instructions
- If you use a regular onion instead of a red onion, soak chopped unions in cold water for 15 minutes then drain. This is to remove the "bite" from the onion.
- Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and process until almost smooth.

Sesame Dipping Sauce
This Sesame Dipping Sauce is fabulous as a dip or dressing with fresh veggies, especially fresh slices of cucumber.
Sesame Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oil ( Canola, Peanut, or Vegetable)
- 1/4 cup Coconut Aminos
- 1/3 cup Rice Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Fresh Ginger
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- Optional Add- Ins (Scallions, pepper, Cayenne, drop of Tabasco)
Instructions
- Toast sesame seeds in a small skillet, over medium heat for a few minutes. Cook until slightly browned, then quickly remove from the heat.
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Teriyaki Dipping Sauce
This Teriyaki Dipping Sauce is easy and versatile. You can also use it as a salad dressing or as a marinade for chicken wings and roast pork. If you prefer a slightly thicker dipping sauce, it only takes a few minutes to add and cook in the cornstarch.
In the photo above, the sauce is being used as a dip for sushi grade tuna and a variety of fresh vegetables.
Teriyaki Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Coconut Aminos
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp sweetener blend
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 inch ginger (peeled and rough chopped)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- IF you want a slightly thicker dipping sauce: Add blended mixture to a small pot and set on heat element to simmer.
- Add 2 tablespoons of COLD water to a small cup and then stir in cornstarch. Slowly whisk the cornstarch mix into the sauce mix and heat slowly till simmering. Simmer for a minute or until the sauce turns clear (vs cloudy).
- Take off the heat immediately and cool.
